Eyeball LLC, DBA Eyeball Engineering is a worldwide manufacturer of after market parts for ATV’s. We do not typically stock the items seen listed in this web site, rather, we build them to order. To run our business efficiently and to keep inventory levels low we adhere to the following policies. Thank you!

Terms
Please read this information completely before you make a purchase from Eyeball, LLC. These terms govern all of our sales, and may not be changed. These terms shall be interpreted according to Nevada law. Your placing an order, whether signed or unsigned, will constitute acceptance of these terms and guarantee of payment on order and under the guidelines set below. The internet is an ever changing advertising medium and we reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement. By continuing to use the site after we post any such changes, you accept these modified terms.

All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final; we will gladly exchange your product for the same item if it is defective within 30 days of purchase. All returns are granted in store credit only. This is a credit for future purchase with Eyeball, LLC. This credit does not expire. No refunds on any returns whatsoever. Returns of in factory items are solely granted at our discretion with a 15% restocking fee. Special order items are non-returnable for any reason.
If you have ANY questions when ordering merchandise, please be sure to call the factory such that you do not order/receive a part that does not fit your application, costing both you and us precious time and money.

Secured On Line Ordering Pricing
Prices are subject to change at any time and may be updated after the order is processed. We will contact you prior to any price increase that will affect your order. We are not legally bound to sell at posted or advertised prices. All items are billed at the latest prevailing rates.

Cancelled And Refused Orders
Due to our automated order and fulfillment system, Internet and telephone orders cannot be cancelled once placed. There are no exceptions to this. Orders refused by purchaser are not valid for store credit or return. We do not get the items returned by the carrier.

Payment Options

  • We accept the following forms of payment: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MONEY ORDERS, and CASHIERS CHECKS.
  • Sorry, we no longer accept C.O.D. orders due to the high instance of fraud and U.P.S. only collecting certified funds now.
  • We charge all orders once they are placed. This ensures that are customers are serious buyers and have the ability to purchase the part they have ordered. We use an automated ordering system to insure accuracy and efficiency with orders. In order for us to be most efficient and profitable we must follow this mail order standard. If you want to order, we expect you are ready to pay for it.
  • We security check all of our orders for both our customer and our protection. Credit card fraud is a felony and we have and will prosecute all fraudulent orders. Each credit card has a specific code built into the actual account number based on its security code and expiration date. Our systems test this validity as well as the standard address and security verification on your credit card. Please note that every credit card has what’s called a billing address. This is the address that your bill is mailed to each month. It may not be where you live depending on what arrangement you have with the issuing credit card bank.
  • We only ship to the credit card billing address for your protection.

    Foreign Orders
    We do not accept foreign orders due to the high instances of fraud.

    Restocking Fee
    There will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee on all returned parts.

    Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
    All returned parts must have a copy of the original invoice with the reason for return in order to be processed in a timely manner. All sales are final. Factory credit will be issued only. For exchanges please call the factory.

    Sales Tax
    You only have to pay sales tax if you live in Nevada. Nevada’s sales tax rate is 7.50%.
